It was the 26th show by the second All-Starr Band. Their tour of North America and Europe lasted for 62 dates between June and September 1992.

This concert took place the day after Starr`s 52nd birthday. The band and audience sang "Happy Birthday To You" during the encore.

An interview done by the French Music channel "MCM" while Ringo was in Paris for an All Starr Band concert.Apart from an
interview there is live footage from the Paris concert and the whole promo of "Weight of The World".
