Notes: A new Beatles single for Xmas and therefore a new promo video so The Beatles all gathered at Brian Epstein`s Saville
Theatre in London to film a video to promote the new single. At the end of the day they had not just filmed one video but three!

Version 1 - Wearing their Sgt Pepper Suits against a slightly psychedelic backdrop.

Version 2 Outtakes - This footage is taken from the camera that focused solely on John and Ringo from the side

Version 3 Outtakes - In this version they did a sort of pantomime without any real miming and without using their instruments

Version 4 - This is a compile of funny outtakes from the first three versions. This original compilation version has now been remastered in glorious quality and officially released in 2015 on the "1+" DVD & Blu Ray. As this has been officially released as a promo we are happy to call it "Version 4".

There was also one other promo aired on "Top of The Pops" before these official promos were made available. This was one
made up of footage taken from the day they were filmed editing some of "Magical Mystery Tour". This "Version 5" is now listed
in the entry of Nov 21 1967. John also (according to the bootleggers) made another promo for the song using both released
and outtakes footage from "Magical Mystery Tour". This promo was issued on the bootleg DVD: "Filling in The Gaps" (HMC).
