Notes: After a night partying with Bob Dylan, John hopped into Dylan`s limo and they both were driven from John`s Weybridge home
to Dylan`s London Hotel while a cameraman filmed them as they tried to be funny but failed miserably.
This footage was filmed for the feature documentary "Eat The Document" about Bob`s 1966 UK tour which runs for 52 Minutes.
It eventually premiered as a "work print" in February 1971 at New York`s Academy of Music, screening only twice in the one day,
after that it was shown at the Whitney Museum of American Art for two weeks in late November 1972 in New York and it`s rarely ever been seen again.
Only 47 seconds of the Bob/John footage was used in this version (also on Youtube).
Colour raw outtake footage of their journey is available on bootleg DVD as is the entire 52 minute edited film.
In 2020 an upgrade of "Eat The Document" was shared on youtube.
