Notes: A TV special was made of their visit to The Netherlands.
It includes footage of their arrival at the airport, the canal ride and their concert and concludes with an exclusive interview and mimed performance of six songs.
The TV performance was filmed at the "Cafe-Restaurant Treslong" in the town of Hillegom,
25 miles n outside of Amsterdam on June 5 at 8pm following a late afternoon rehearsal (of which 2 seconds are seen in the special).
The actual TV performance was unique as there was a crowd invasion during the last couple of songs (there was amazingly no security at all)
forcing the lads to make a hasty exit leaving poor old Jimmie alone on the drums.
The performance part of the special was re-broadcast in a Dutch Beatles TV special in 1989 having not been seen commercially since its original broadcast in 1964.
Luckily a good quality copy of the complete special has emerged in recent years and is available on bootleg DVD.
Clips were also used in "The Beatles Anthology" specials in 1995.

Complete Setlist:
Twist And Shout
All My Loving
Roll Over Beethoven
Long Tall Sally
