Notes: The American documentary makers - The Maysles Brothers, were given exclusive access to almost every minute of The Beatles first American visit.
Following their morning stroll through Central Park it was off to CBS TV Studios for a rehearsal for their appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show".
George was still ill so his place at the rehearsal was taken by Neil Aspinall.
The Maysles brothers were also present for the limo journey and filmed their reactions to what was happening all around them.
Unfortunately due to union rules they were not allowed to film anything inside the television studio either in New York or Miami.
Some of this film footage shot by The Maysles brothers ended up in the two 1964 documentaries and further outtakes in the DVD bonus feature "The Making of".
