It seems that Granada cameras followed them everywhere at the studio and this backstage raw footage has now snuck out.
There is only 44 seconds of this raw footage (taken from 4 different sources) currently available on bootleg DVD although 4:09 minutes of raw footage is reportedly in collectors hands.
