Notes: Ringo made a brief on screen appearance as a judge on this fascinating TV special.
Reportedly Ringo was introduced, took his seat at the table and that was all you ever saw of him.
The special was hosted by Don Adams and other guest judges were: O.J. Simpson, Milton Berle, Robert Goulet, Lynda Carter, Dick Martin & Jim Bacon.
The band, The Hudson Brothers also performed on the show (Mark Hudson would, many years later, be part of Ringo`s studio and All Starr band).
Although this special was originally scheduled to air on May 17, 1976 it was postponed due to the "Emmy Awards" broadcast, that proceeded it on the ABC Network, running 40 minutes overtime.
It was finally re-scheduled and aired on Jan 6, 1977 in the US. No copy of this Ringo appearance has ever come to light nor any photos.
