Notes: Paul`s concert from Tokyo, Japan (Nov 15) was filmed for a TV special which was broadcast in Japan in late December.
The raw Tokyo footage was then made available to TV networks in 4 other countries including
Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico who all broadcast them in December 1993.
