Notes: Paul, George and their army of lawyers got together late this night following George`s MSG concert, so that signatures could be added to the Beatles dissolution legal papers.
John decided not to sign at the time but finally did so in December.
Ringo had signed them back in England.
George was filming his current US/Canadian tour and had cameras on hand to film this momentous occasion.
The existence of this footage was completely unknown until it amazingly turned up in the George documentary "Living in The Material World" in 2011.
