Notes: Paul launched his new band "Wings" with a fancy dress ball at The Empire Ballroom in Leicester Square, London.
For the occasion Ray McVay and his band provided the music.
Invited guests included members of The Who, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, The Faces and The Scaffold, Mary Hopkin, Tony Visconti,
Elton John, Ginger Baker, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Peter Frampton and all of The Goodies! Even Paul`s father and step mother were there.
They culminated the entire evening with a raffle! Cameras from either ITV or BBC were there to film the guests arriving and mingling.
This footage first showed up in the TV special "Wingspan" and has since been made
available in pristine quality on the DVD that came in the Dec 2018 "Wings Wild Life Archives Collection".
