Notes: In mid February George & Olivia flew to L.A. for George to make final arrangements for his upcoming recording sessions for his next album, his first in 5 years.
While in Los Angeles George took in a Taj Mahal concert at The Palomino Club. Also in attendance to see the show was Bob Dylan.
Somehow, someone, coxed George & Bob along with John Fogerty to come onstage for a jam which lasted for almost 2 hours!.
George`s friend Jesse Ed Davis was also a member of the Taj Mahal band.
Somebody, luckily, had a video camera handy and filmed the entire proceedings which included mostly rock n roll covers
with George taking lead vocals on a few songs like "Honey Don`t" and "Peggy Sue" while also playing guitar throughout the jam.
